1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return request within 2 days from the date you receive your order.

To start a return, please contact us at vraxencustomercare@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video of a clear view or a defect or a wrong size

Once approved, we will provide further return instructions.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 15 days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 2 days of delivery
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Used, washed, or altered products

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • In cases where the return is approved due to our error, return shipping will be covered by Vraxen

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
